Arch was founded to make every home in the US sustainable. Based on Philipp's research at Stanford University, the team determined to change the way the HVAC industry is operating. Philipp is a climate tech native, and built the largest solar power plants around the world.

Sacha Schmitz

CTO & Co-Founder





Sacha is an engineer who founded several successful software companies. He has 15y of experience at the intersection of engineering, design and strategy, which led him to build solutions to important problems. More recently, he developed an AI to detect wildfires for firefighters.
